CIRCA disrupts the adverts on the iconic Piccadilly Lights and streams on CIRCA.ART for two minutes every day at 20:23 BST/GMT, with new ideas that consider our world circa 2023. Europe’s largest digital art exhibition, CIRCA offers a new and exciting way for the public to engage with cutting-edge visual art and culture.
