What I do…
Creative Development
With client brief and budget I implement a detailed outline for the creative team. I interrogate client KPIs, distill the relevant information and sense check all creative developments to ensure client’s needs and objectives are met throughout the development stage.
Delivery
Using time management tools, I track all post-production to ensure timely delivery of all assets, and coordinate all reviews and feedback between creative, production and client.
Strategic Implementation
I coordinate communication between strategic planners and the creative team to ensure the campaign response is rooted in data and analytics and is corresponding to client-identified key platforms and KPIs, including ensuring budget efficiencies.
Production
I sit at the centre of the production stage, coordinating between creative, production team and client. I safeguard the budget, liaise closely with production on campaign requirements and am the day to day contact for the client.
On-set
I ensure agreed deliverables are captured and liaise with the client on asset review and approval, as well as being the point person for coordinating on-set evolutions between client and team. I work closely with producers to ensure shoot success.
Wrap
I provide the client with a project wrap and data-based analysis examining the performance of the campaign. I identify key areas of development for further collaborations and de-brief the relevant teams.
